Maui Police Department Records

The Maui Police Department is the sole police agency for Maui, Molokai, and Lanai, and it also covers Kalawao County by agreement. HQ is at 55 Mahalani Street, Wailuku, HI 96793. The main phone is (808) 244-6400. The Records Division can be reached at (808) 244-6345 or (808) 244-6355, with a fax line at (808) 244-6418. The office is open Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, except county holidays.

The Records Division processes requests under the UIPA.
